2.ThecompanyhasappliedtoFutianPeople'sCourtofShenzhenforcompulsoryliquidationwithHejunCompany.ACivilRulingPaperiscarriedbyFutianPeople'sCourtofShenzhen(2017)Yue0304QSNo.5,thatis:implementedcompulsoryliquidationonHejunCompany.TheCompanywillfullyengagewiththeCourtforrelevantliquidationworkscompleted,guaranteelegitimateinterestoftheCompany.
