 Inthefirst halfof2017,thecompany deepenedthereform, persistently adhered to the transformation

development,stronglypromotedtheconstructionofNo.6lineprojectofpolarizer,activelyimplementedthe

introducingresults,fullyutilizedtheflexibilityofmixedownership,constantlystimulatedtheoperatingvitality,

thusthestateofoperationofthethreemainbusinessweresteadyandrising.Overall,thepolarizerproductionand

managementwasimproved,theprofitabilityofpropertybusinesswasstable,andthetextileandothertrade

businessshowedabiggrowth.Duringthereportingperiod,theCompanyrealizedtheoperatingincomeofRMB

739.3378million,representinganincreaseofRMB187.1802millionor33.9%overthesameperiodoflastyear;the

totalprofitwasRMB20.2794million,representinganincreaseofRMB46.14millionor178.42%overthesame

periodlastyear;thenetprofitswasRMB14.4578million,representinganincreaseofRMB44.5557millionor

148.04%overthesameperiodlastyear.Themainreasonforthecompany'sturnaroundandgainingprofits:first,

theSubsidiaryShenboOptoelectronicimprovedtheproductionefficiencyofpolarizer,improvedtheyieldand

reducedthecosts,thusthegrossmarginincreased;Second,theappreciationofYenwasnarrowedcomparedwith

thesameperiodlastyear,thustheexchangelossesdecreasedcomparedwiththesameperiodlastyear;third,the

incomeoftrustwealthmanagementincreased,leadingtotheincreaseinnon-recurringgainsandlossesoverthe

sameperiodlastyear.

speedheavyvolume,effectivelyenhanceproductioncapacity,improvequalityandreduceconsumption,and

activelytrackthereplacementofavarietyofrawmaterials,continuetomaintainandexpandcooperationwith

existingcustomerswhileacceleratingthenewProjectdevelopment,tosupporttheproductioncapacityrelease,
